Accelerated Welding/Manufacturing 

HVAE, along with Minnesota State College Southeast and Workforce Development Inc., is excited to announce the awarding of the 2022 Pathways to Prosperity grant.  This will allow us to continue to offer our Accelerated Welding classes in Red Wing and Winona as well as CNC class in Winona.

These grant funded career pathway classes are offered free to students who face barriers to employment.  Qualifications for the grant are:

• Minnesota residency

• Having a social security number

• Reading and Math scores at a minimum cut score - students will be tested when enrolling and any students not at the minimum score can work with HVAE to improve their basic math and reading.

The next class start January 2023.  There will also be a welding class and a CNC class in Winona.  See flyers below for more information.
